Post-Graduate Scholars

Current Alston-Pleasants Post-Graduate Scholars are:

  • Allison Blackburn (Class of 2013) of Franklin County is a member of the Occupational Therapy Class of 2018 at the Medical University of South Carolina.
  • Meghan Howard (Class of 2012) of Halifax County is pursuing her doctoral studies at the Stanford University Department of Biology.

Alston-Pleasants Post-Graduate Scholars who have completed their studies are:

  • Meghan Howard (Class of 2012) from Halifax County completed Biological Course Research at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2013.
  • Albert Jay Richardson (Class of 1991) from Halifax County completed a Master of Public Administration degree from UNC in May 2012.
  • Angela Spruill, RN (Class of 2001) from Halifax County completed an Adult Nurse Practitioner degree from UNC in May 2012.
  • Marcus T. Wilson (Class of 2005) from Halifax County completed a Master of Library Science degree, with Honors, from North Carolina Central University.
  • Jennifer Lundholm (Class of 2005) from Franklin County completed a Master of Business Administration degree from UNC in 2011.
  • Georgia Blair Stephenson Kuplic (Class of 2011) from Halifax County completed a Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from UNC in 2014.
